Job description
We're looking for a Senior Content Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Content function.
Your Team: The Content team at LIONS is dynamic and agile and needs to respond to the evolving needs of our global audience.
Your Role: You will plan, organise and deliver content operations across LIONS - the Festivals and possibly other live events including the regionals, as well as project scheduling with the wider content department for its subscription, learning and advisory product portfolios
You will be eligible to join us at Cannes Lion Festival 2024,
Key Responsibilities
- Talent and asset management- concise correspondence with talent, supporting them throughout the entire speaker journey.
- Work with multiple stakeholders at LIONS but particularly the content (editorial) managers who programme the content & work closely with the regional teams including Dubai Lynx
- Work closely with session hosts - confidently communicate all session details, track updates and liaise with team members on any hosts/speakers requests (greenroom catering, security, MUA etc)
- Collate and track all content sessions' technical requirements, and communicate to the production team
- Manage projects on monday.com and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Create rehearsal schedules and maintain them throughout the event cycle
- Work with the Content Operations team to build out and improve processes
- Liaise with speakers and session hosts on visa and speaker licence requirements (Dubai Lynx)
- Manage our internal inbox within a set timeframe and resolve external questions
- Communicate information relating to passes and registration enquiries
- Create and proof our information guides and update our FAQ documents
- Proof all talent webpages and talent marketing assets
- Testing our in-house content portal, requesting updates with the dev team and tracking updates
- Creating surveys on qualtrics and extracting the data
- Ensure speakers and audience have an exceptional experience from confirmation to event delivery
- Manage post-event communications, including collating feedback, quotes, sending photos and footage
Your Experience
- Strong administrator - highly organised both in yourself and co-ordinating others, to ensure deadlines are met and that you can manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail - we strive to ensure that everything we deliver is at a premium level
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - you may be working across our different stages at the same time
- Experience in event management, including onsite, is desired but not essential
- Knowledge of the advertising and communications industry highly desirable
- Familiarity of G- Suite
- Experience liaising with people internally and externally in a previous role would be advantageous
