- Ensure that all services detailed within the contract are adhered to, delivered and where possible enhanced to meet and exceed the clients, customers and company expectations
- Continually review the performance of each contract and their profitability
- Ensure costs are controlled but that they don’t affect the service quality and delivery
- Food is of the highest standard and in line with the current high street trends
- Manage and support the development, progress and performance of all line reporting managers
- Support the sales function in retaining and obtaining new business
- Compliance with all Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures and standards
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience in managing and developing teams
- Client relationship management
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Experience dealing with HR matters, ie grievances & performance
- IT Literate
- Full clean driving licence

Package DescriptionWe are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee a specific area in and around Cambridge, overseeing catering operations for a region of Primary & Secondary school contracts. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our teams in delivering an excellent food operation, meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations.

- Based in and around the following locations - Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Haverhill, Sudbury, Ipswich
- Covering circa 20-25 sites
