A Lings Group Limited is a Home Emergency Business that deploys skilled trades to the private sector in South London with a history of success and growth within the previous 5 years. We are looking for new Customer Service Representative's to join our team and help us manage customers efficiently and accurately so we can provide the best service they have received from anyone.
The office is based in Hackbridge and Hackbridge Station is a 10 minute walk, all main line trains go direct to London.
This position requires an enthusiastic individual who thrives under pressure and can show ability to communicate with customers professionally.
You will be able to think fast, use initiative, have good time management skills and have an excellent eye for detail. You will be a part of busy team in a fast-paced environment and accuracy must be one of your strengths.
Previous experience in similar role is essential however we will train individuals that show an excellent attitude towards wanting to succeed in their field. A level of flexibility will be required, particularly in the winter months.
Job Description
- Answer telephone calls from customers and place bookings on the system.
- Compile Reports for customers & action same day / next day.
- Assist & advise customers on with their home emergencies ensuring that you book the correct service for their needs.
- Deal with customer email enquiries.
- Must be IT literate.
- Weekend Rota paid at T&Q
