Job description
Novomins is a fast growing nutritional brand. The team is comprised of doctors, scientists and experts in the FMCG field.
We are looking for new talent to join our growing team and to work with our marketing director.
This role actively supports the marketing director and customers to deliver and execute Novomins activity across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Marketing director with brand awareness, curating creator relationships and regular content updates on product range.
- Assist in planning & strategy for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the execution of our influencer strategy including sponsorship, content creation and affiliate activity.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing director for all organic influencer gifting activity and sample distribution to creators.
- Work alongside the marketing director to ensure the outreach strategy supports brand development, sponsorship and content creation that will increase social following, engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance (measured against set KPI’s).
- Report on all influencer activity across engagements and content, reporting on key KPIs weekly and monthly.
- Work closely with logistics and retail teams to ensure communication plans are consistent and aligned with product deliveries, and stock management according to marketing activities.
- Managing events and communications calendar.
Applicants must:
- Be registered nutritionist.
- Have a passion for social media, especially TikTok and Youtube.
- Have a knowledge of supplements industry.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to the marketing director.
- Work alongside the wider team to ensure all generated content is shared and used across all social channels and other marketing channels.
Essential & Desirable Skills
- Excellent people skills, maintaining long term relationships with talent and agents.
- Excellent time management, copywriting ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the health and beauty industry and key influencers (TikTok and YouTube in particular), awareness of trends and the ever-changing media landscape.
- Must be a forward thinker- thinking differently, proposing & embracing new ideas.
- Able to work independently with passion and energy.
- Positive attitude, always striving for better results.
- Creativity and marketing savvy to bring and maintain influencer relationships.
The role will be remote from home with occasional meet up with the marketing director and wider team in central London.
