Job Summary:
Some Primary Responsibilities:
- Transports patients throughout medical complex via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed.
- Limited clerical duties - answering phones/voice mail, documentation on office log, runslips, and various sign-out logs, and reports as needed.
- Proper handling of medical equipment including: IV pumps/poles, Oxygen tanks, PCA pumps, Chest tubes, Catheters, Traction.
- Presents a professional, congenial attitude to all internal and external customers.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience in a medical setting.
