We are looking for a SharePoint / Cloud Analyst to join a busy team looking after a number of SharePoint assets both On-premise and Cloud, extending to the wider 365 / Cloud platform / Teams and Power Platform looking after the main UK userbase, the right person must be a motivated self-starter with Cloud / 365 experience, also a self-motived to learn and be self-supporting.

- Supporting users with SharePoint / SharePoint Online, Office 365 queries, including the Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps across the user base
- Delivering excellent service to our users while having to balance a varied workload in both project and BAU work, working with range of tools and system also taking responsibly for own actions
- Looking at long term trends from incoming incidents to identify issues and provide holistic solutions
- Helping to Provide a centre of excellence for all Cloud / 365 related issues for the UK user base, and providing support for other teams (both technical and business) areas with both technical & business issues
- Ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely manner and escalated where appropriate to other areas in the UK or Global
- Reporting issues to management (where appropriate) on levels of work, project or BAU
What you’ll bring.
- SharePoint experience
- Power Platform experience
- Azure experience
- General understanding of Cloud Computing
- CyberArk experience
It would also be nice for you to have.
- SharePoint Migration Tools
- Working knowledge of SNOW
- Working knowledge of Workday
- Working knowledge of Planview
What else you need to know.
This is a full time, permanent role in a team which is currently based out of Milton Keynes. It will be a hybrid working role between office and home. To support our end users, hours of working will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
