The Community Learning Coordinator is required on permanent basis for a well-established FE College. Based primarily at our Somer Valley Campus you will report to the Adult Community Learning Manager. The role involves coordinating our adult community provision across Bath and BANES. You will lead a team of community arts tutors, liaise with our referral partners, ensure Quality & Ofsted standards are met, coordinate room hire, undertake Risk Assessments and identify gaps in provision according to local needs. You will work closely with the Curriculum Manager to develop a responsive, exciting provision which enables learners to enhance life skills and employability.
