We’re currently recruiting for an Operator to join our Asphalt team based in our Corby Asphalt and Concrete site.
What you'll be doing:
- Working in the batching office where you’ll learn to run the weighbridge and batch asphalt.
- Operating heavy machinery to support our Asphalt operations.
- Supporting your team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Helping us to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety policy and regulations, including manual handling and safe systems of work guidelines.
- Adhering to best Practice Health & Safety guidelines.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy.
We operate a 48 hour working week with hours Monday to Friday and Saturday’s on occasion. Further weekend hours may be required and will be available to you; any hours worked will be paid as overtime.
