Job description

Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill is now recruiting for a night receptionist! We are a 49 bedroom boutique hotel, located in the City of London. Our location is perfect for commuters: round the corner from Aldgate Station, 5 minutes' walk to Tower Hill and 10 minutes walk to Liverpool Street.

We are now looking to expand our friendly team and are looking to hear from you.

The role of the night receptionist:

• Checking hotel guests in and out and assisting with luggage when required
• Responding to telephone calls and emails
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding the local area as well as offering an excellent overall knowledge of all hotel facilities and services
• Running the night audit and balancing the business data
• Conducting regular security walks
