- Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs via ACI
- Providing eManifest information to US Customs via ACE
- Communication with customers, drivers, custom brokers, border officers via telephone & email
- Assisting customer service with any customs related issues
- Strong ability to adapt to varying situations
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and customs experience are considered assets
Shifts available for this position:
- Monday to Friday, Continental Shift, 07:00 - 19:00.
- Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 22:00.
- Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00.
