Network Interface Support Executive

The Network Interface Support Executive is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the overall Ops Planning network enabling strategy. The role involves gathering and analysing resource information related to network planning, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date, and using this data to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making. The executive must work closely with the Network Interface Manager to ensure that the strategy is aligned with the needs of key stakeholders and the overall objectives. Other responsibilities include managing the day-to-day resource operations feedback loop, making recommendations to improve operational performance, managing specific projects related to Resource Planning activities, and providing reporting for Senior Management across the business to update and inform when/where required. The role requires strong data handling skills, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.

About the role

To succeed as a Network Interface Support Executive, you would need to have excellent data interpretation and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of resource planning and network operations. Experience in a relevant field such as operations management, logistics, or business management would be beneficial. Additionally, experience working in a similar role within the aviation industry would be highly advantageous. Strong project management skills, the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software would also be essential. You would need to be a team player and have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making. Crucially you must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking, along with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate must be able to hold an airside pass and have an understanding of working in a 24/7 operational environment.
