Job description
- Attending networking events.
- Developing new and existing relationships with Landlords, Investors and Agents.
- Procuring new properties and developments for Rental Guarantee scheme
- Full 360 role ensuring property is ready for occupation.
- Negotiating rental plans
- Account Managing Landlords/clients dealing with queries, requests.
- Working closely with Directors to run campaigns and support local events
About you:
- Proven background in sales and business development - ideally within Property
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent Written English Communication and Numeracy
- Flexibility
- Great Commercial Acumen
- Ability to become Trusted and Credible in the market
