Graphic/Digital Media Designer
Marketing and Recruitment
Full-Time - 35hrs/week - $33.38/hour
College Drive Campus – North Bay, ON

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Three-year College Diploma in Graphic Design
· Two years of recent practical experience in graphic design and digital media design
· Proven professional ability to create and capture meaningful digital imagery
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Photography skills and experience considered an asset
· Strong portfolio showcasing your work
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be able to reliably commute daily and/or relocate to North Bay, ON
DUTIES:
· As part of the Marketing and Recruiting team, conduct all elements of graphic and digital media design including discovery with clients, drafting of copy, layout, proofing, procurement of materials in support of advertising, external relations, branding, and recruiting
· Act as a creative lead on website graphics, file creation, and advertising for digital media platforms including the CRM, recruitment platforms, and other digital media channels that the college utilizes for advertising and lead generation purposes
· Responsible for providing front-line support to the Marketing Department in creating materials for the Canadore College Foundation and International Department.
· Execute photography projects as needed as the college photographer and provide creative input into videography projects, and rendering of photography including colour correction, special effects, and file formatting to fit a wide variety of media
