About The Role
Key Accountabilities
- All staff are expected to understand the principles of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal products for Human use (2013/C 68/01) which is reflected in our SOP – REF Chapter 1 AHDL GDP 1.1. it will be a requirement for all staff to be trained in this SOP and have an annual refresher. All other GDP training will be job specific and as per your personal training matrix
- To clean each manual line pick face on a scheduled basis; set out in the MHRA cleaning record.
- To replace any worn barcode holder strips and to liaise with Team Leader for replenishment of stock holding of strips.
- To separate all cardboard and plastic packaging and deposit in correct waste disposal units.
- To ensure any waste materials are secured in disposal units inside and outside so they will not pollute any surrounding environments.
- To adhere to all company housekeeping procedures.
- To comply with all company Health and Safety requirements.
- To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Service Centre Management.
About You
- Capacity to use initiative and work under pressure regarding site housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent own time management with key focus on cleaning schedules within set timeframes.
- Good all round knowledge of the Warehouse Operations to include Manual, Despatch and Bulk functions.
- To be flexible and carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Service Centre Management.
- Be self motivated, responsible with a commitment to Compliance and Health & Safety.
