Apprentice Administrative Assistant:
A great opportunity has arisen due to Beehive Healthcare expansion programme, additional apprentice administrative assistant required in the South Woodford. We are based in South Woodford, 2 mins from South Woodford Central Line train Station.
The post holder works under the direct supervision of the office manager and undertakes task and duties as delegated. You will work within a small friendly office team, work collaboratively with the Staff and meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures.
All administrative work is done in the South Woodford Office. Clinics are based within in Southend, Basildon, Brentwood and Chelmsford Working within a multi-professional team, of Medical Consultants and Sonographers, you will arrange patient appointments for the clinics in the Essex region.
The Admin role involves contacting patients and arranging appointments for their ultrasound scans at the clinics of their choice in the Essex region. You will be based full time in admin office, if you prefer there will be opportunity to work some days in the clinics.
