Job Title: Online Marketing Executive
Location: City of London (4 Days in the Office, 1 Day WFH after probation)
Position: Full-time
Reports to: Marketing Director

Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media (50%)
· Help create and implement the social media marketing strategy for the BE group of companies
· Create unique content and materials to build engagement for our social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok)
· Execution of social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach & exposure) via Sprout Social and direct on platforms
· Communicating in a professional, but unique “voice” in-line with each brand’s personality and target market
· Shoot and edit content including promotions, client events, in-centre footage and other engaging imagery
· Distributing BE Group website articles and content via social media to promote our USPs
· Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors, including digital footprint analysis
Email & Digital Campaigns (30%)
· Create and send email campaigns to promote all group brands on a monthly basis using MailChimp
· Monitor and report on campaigns
· Build internal databases and run third party sponsored eshots
· Manage and run digital campaigns
Other Duties (20%)
· Update company websites and proactively recommend web development
· Monitor online broker websites to ensure we are being marketed correctly
· Grow number of online reviews from reviews.co.uk and collate data for analysis
· Assisting with Photo & Video Shoots
· Imagery and design work
· Manage business card and collateral requests and production
· Input and discussion at weekly marketing team meeting
Skills Required
· Knowledge of digital trends and a passion for online media especially social media
· Excellent knowledge and experience with Social Media Management including platforms such as Sprout Social
· Experience in email campaign software ideally MailChimp
· Knowledge of website administration including WordPress
· Working autonomously to a high level of accuracy and speed
· Experience with video & photo editing software
· Strong writing and editing skills
· An excellent, clear communicator who is highly motivated and reliable
· The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
· The ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues in the office and across our various locations as well as external agencies
