We are offering:

• Part-time, permanent contract, (24 hrs per week) 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)

• Salary: Circa £15,000per annum (1170hrs per annum)

• Benefits: Job Orientation, Induction, Review & Development Training, Pension and 28 holidays per annum

• Reports to: Meadowhead Parks' Leisure & Retail Manager (LRM)

Meadowhead Limited is a medium-sized, well-established and growing leisure business, whose core business is operating 4 stunning holiday parks in Edinburgh, East Lothian and Northumberland.

Meadowhead’s Company Support Offices operate from Mortonhall & Charterhall estate offices. The estate is privately-owned, with enterprises located in Berwickshire, Edinburgh, East Lothian & Northumberland.

The Role:

To work as part of (small) central support team working from the Meadowhead Parks Company Support Office, Mortonhall Estate, Edinburgh, EH16 6TJ.

We are seeking:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a part-time Marketing Co-ordinator for our caravan parks. As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving business growth through various digital channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting occupancy analysis to gain insights into our park's performance and make data-driven marketing decisions. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing social media platforms, maintaining the website, designing captivating email campaigns, creating eye-catching digital ads, developing print advertisements, and performing occupancy analysis.

Candidate Key Skills and Attributes will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a group of 4 holiday parks and their retail operations with marketing campaigns when required.
• Maintain and improve existing online representation.
• Update online with offers and discounts.
• Organise images and editorial
• Create advertising using MS Packages
• Run advertising campaigns using mailshot systems
• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and spend
• Communicate directly with park General Managers
