We're looking for an Admin support workers to provide administrative work for School Age Immunisation Team .The team aims to meet national and local targets set for the uptake of all immunisations and promote the programme in primary and secondary schools and clinic settings.
Car diver and having the use of a car for work are desirable but not essential.
Immunisation Administration Support - Band 3
The postholder will work under the supervision of a Senior Administrator. As a team member you will participate in the planning, preparations, and delivery of the immunisation Programme within the boundaries of the role.
The postholder will work collaboratively within the team setting, understanding all the roles, and provide cover for colleagues as and when required.
The postholder will maintain effective links with internal and external users of the service, by gaining a thorough understanding of the Trust’s computerized health information systems. Good people skills and a pleasant telephone manner are essential.
