Position Summary:
As a Social Network Services (SNS) Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to reach and engage with our existing and potential customers. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, create and manage social media content and manage relationships with influencers.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing social media marketing strategies that align with the brand’s goals and objectives. Planning and executing social media campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
2. Maintaining official social media accounts such as TikTok & Instagram with an ability to create original content, increase accounts popularity and gain more followers in order to promote our brand effectively.
3. Creating and curating engaging social media content (including text, photographs, videos, and other multimedia) in collaboration with the marketing team and agencies for the offline marketing initiatives. Coordinating with the marketing teams to make sure that all social media channels maintain a consistent voice, branding, and messaging.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with social media influencers and other strategic partners to expand reach and engagement.
5. Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform social media strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and using insights to optimize content and strategy.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
Proven successful experience of online campaigns as a social media specialist or similar role for 2+ years.
Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills (English and French).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Tagger and wgsn.
Content production skills are bonus, such as copywriting, layout design, video production, etc.
