The Role
The Main Responsibilities
- Work with operations and process teams to translate business needs into requirements
- Recommend and build reporting solutions
- Participate and contribute to ongoing gathering of data, validation of reports, and data inputs
- Evaluate existing processes and improving on them for potential additional automation
- Test delivery of scorecard metrics and/or reporting solutions as well as ad hoc reports
- Manage multiple priorities and work across client groups to eliminate barriers and complete high-quality projects in agreed upon time frames
- Other duties as assigned
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience preferred
- This is an experienced role requiring typically 4+ years of Operations development experience supporting Mass Markets
- Can use advanced excel functions to evaluate and report on data and key metrics
- Strong SQL coding skills
- Can create an intermediate dashboard with various filters and functions
- Can communicate information at an intermediate level and provide enough detail and clarity to carry a conversation answering follow up questions. Able to present information to team and manager
- Keeps files, emails, tasks, in some form of organization. Utilizes applications or tools to support organization
- Able to manage tasks and priorities given to them. Takes ownership of minor projects
- Able to perform analysis if provided detail instruction, but can independently gather any minor missing pieces of information
- Knowledge of legacy CRIS/ENS/BM systems and processes including ordering, billing, financial and inventory systems highly desirable
- Willingness to grow in the reporting role

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
