Overview:
To meet an increasing demand for our products, we have opportunities for Manufacturing Operatives to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering days and nights from 7 - 7. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28 day period.
You would be working as follows:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

MANUFACTURING OPERATIVE - MERSTON SITE - DAYS ONLY SHIFT
To meet an increasing demand for our products, we have opportunities for Manufacturing Operatives to join our production team.
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering days and nights from 7 - 7. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28 day period.
You would be working as follows:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of working area to achieve set KPI’s
- Ensure Food Quality/Safety and legality procedures and checks, sign offs & paperwork is completed as per NWF and Customer requirements
- Ensure Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur
- Report any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly
- Supervision of agency staff in a specific area
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the area
- Effective CCP checks (where applicable)
- Machine operation (where applicable)
- Follow safe ways of working & site safety procedures, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents when they occur
About you:
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work under pressure and to hard deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- A dynamic and flexible attitude and can solve problems
- Willing and open to learning new things
- Previous experience of machine operating, or food production/processing would be an advantage
