Deputy General Manager - Cliveden House
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to join us and oversee the day-to-day operation. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Management Team and become instrumental in driving our product forward, using a creative mind, passionate approach and meticulous attention to detail to stay ahead of the curve and ensure that Cliveden House remains a leader in the industry.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 5 Red Star experience or similar level
- Have experience at Deputy General Manager/Hotel Manager level in a similar Luxury property
- Ideally have experience in the Rooms division. However, candidates with an F&B background will be considered
- Have the ability to coach, lead and inspire the team
- Be passionate with a hands-on approach
- Be keen to assist the team in our constant improvement journey
- Be committed to people development as well as taking the greatest care for our guests
- Have financial acumen
- Be a quick thinker and highly motivated to do better at all times
