Job description
The Beal Group is a family run business, focused on supplying commercial textiles into the agriculture, modular building, transport, logistic and oil & gas sectors as well as several other sectors including construction, air-motive, automotive, graphic advertising, defence and leisure.
We are currently looking to recruit HF Welding Machine Operators, to operate our industrial fabric welding machines on a Monday to Friday Dayshift basis.
We are looking for keen individuals who are reliable and ready to learn.
The role will be based on our busy factory floor, and you will be responsible for ensuring all textiles are processed through the factory at quality standard and ensuring Company targets are achieved.
Experience of HF Welding Machine would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Metal welding experience is not applicable.
Requirements:
· You must be able to work to a high standard of accuracy,
· Work to tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
· An eye for detail
· You will have good communication skills,
· Be well motivated and have a willingness to learn.
· Good work ethic
· Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

The shift hours available are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday, 7.00am - 3.30pm & Friday 7.00pm - 2.30pm
