Job description
This exciting and dynamic role involves the management of a caseload of non clinical personal injury (PI) claims related to employers and public liability matters. The candidate will also facilitate the processing of clinical negligence cases and Inquests. The candidate will have regular professional contact with the Court and external solicitors/ providing high quality case facilitation to the legal service's management team.
The candidate will facilitate and supervise:
General Data Protection Regulation request for records ensuring deadlines are met.
Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests and other requests for information relating to claims and inquests.
Ensure the service's database and files are maintained to a high standard and the flow and filing of legal documents is maintained.
The executive signoff of legal documents and letters of apologies linked to claims.
To facilitate and supervise the service's meetings ensuring the correct allocation of resource and support with guidance from the management team on complicated cases.
Adhere to and assist with the development of the services and the service's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
