We are a claims consultancy firm specialising in Personal Injury.
We are looking for a legal administration assistant to join our team.Duties include answering the phone to existing clients, insurers and solicitors, taking calls from new clients and inputting their details of claims onto the system, incoming and outgoing post, general admin duties and assisting file handlers as and when required.
for the right candidate, there is progression to become a file handler, handling a case load of Road Traffic Accident personal injury claims.
no experience is necessary however candidate must be confident on the phone and present a good telephone manner / client service skills.
Role is 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and pay meets NMW as starting.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £19,000.00 per year
