Assistant Shop Manager
£10.40 per hour


An assistant shop manager will assist the shop manager in the day to day operations of the store. Their primary duties include supporting the shop manager to ensure the running of the shop follows all Shaw Trust standards, policies and procedures. Working to set KPI’s and targets. Staff supervision and taking charge running the store in their manager’s absence.

Essential:

You will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets
  • Previous retail supervisory and or management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively
