Customer Service Representative

The role
- Working hours: 35 hours per week - Shifts from Monday Friday, 8.00am-4.00pm with potentially two late nights per week (working till 6pm)
- Ensuring customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution and within our agreed response time
- Achieving Key Performance Indicator's whilst maintaining excellent quality
- Handling customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email and phone calls
- To ensure the best Customer Care journey is given to all customers
- Handling sensitive information
- You will work with your colleagues across Customer Service to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries
Requirements
- Proven previous involvement in a Customer Care role (face to face or in a contact centre)
- Good computer and typing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility
