Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:Creation/upkeep of migration schedules and liaison with global migration teams to keep them accurate (mix of Excel and SN)
Develop/ upkeep migration tracking, forecasting & reporting process for senior management (mix of Excel and SN)
Basic upkeep/admin of our migration tracking tool (ServiceNow module) and future improvements (e.g. permissions, changes to SN modules, liaising with the SN development team)
Assist with updates to program communications templates and presentation decks
Assist with Risks & Issues tracking in a project Kanban Board
Run quarterly retrospectives with the global project team and assist with tracking recommended actions
Facilitate updates to technical and project process documentation (i.e. internal project team process and procedures) updates – how-tos; may need to start new for Windows 11; the audience for document – core LCM team and operational support teams; yearly update for LCM; ~20-25 processes and procedures
Regular status reporting via the Portfolio Management system (SmartSheets)
The role requires to work from the office 4 days per week. Office location: London, UK.
Qualifications
1+ of basic project management/project planner experience required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management
Ability to cope under pressure
Nice to haveExperience with a previous large-scale Windows or equivalent migration project
Experience with Service Now and/or Smartsheets
PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master qualification
Previous experience in the financial domain

Salary: £70,000.00-£72,000.00 per month
