Then Søstrene Grene is looking for you as their new Keyholder Retail Assistant at Belfast!
This is an exciting and varied job in a beautiful ambience and dynamic environment.
A Keyholder Retail Assistant at Søstrene Grene has a busy and diverse role.
Keyholder responsibilities include opening and closing the store, setting intruder alarms, and keeping store keys secure.
Other responsibilities include welcoming customers to the store, processing deliveries, sign writing, merchandising product on the shop floor, replenishing stock regularly, serving customers at the till point and providing exceptional customer service.
MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Opening and closing the store
- Setting intruder alarms.
- Keeping store keys secure
- Assuming additional management responsibilities
- Greeting customer
- Ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
- As part of the Team, contributing to a happy and efficient work environment
- Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries
- Refilling depleted or low shop items
- Sign writing in line with established guidelines.
- Maintaining high shop floor and cleanliness standards
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards
- Processing customer payments
- End of day cashing up and float management
- Supporting new ways of working.
- Being flexible in your approach to work i
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items
- Assisting customers in locating desired store items.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Utilising the Company Apps
- Performing end-of-day cleaning duties

This is a 24hr fully flexible position which will include working weekends.
