FBC was a match made in heaven, with two of the top UK biscuits manufacturers (Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits) coming together to create one unique, integrated company.
We are home to famous iconic brands, including Maryland, Fox's, Jammie Dodger & Rocky, to name just a few. We bake our incredible biscuits at eight bakeries across the UK, located at Ilse of Arran, Livingston, Blackpool, Llantarnam, Edinburgh, Kirkham, Batley & Dorset. We also have offices for our supporting services in St Albans, Liverpool and Moreton. Together, we employ circa 4,000 amazing employees across all our locations.

What does your typical day look like?
You will support the IT function in the decision making process through the monitoring of relevant IT services and defining KPI's and suggesting ways to improve performances .
Other key actions will be but not limited to:
- Ensure that all IT services and support functions remain responsive to customer needs.
- Ensures the data collection at local and central level of relevant data/KPI's
- Ensures service catalogue and wider IT service operations knowledge library are maintained
- Ensures a program of continual service improvement across the wider IT service delivery function
- Monitors the service levels of internal and external services through continuous measurement of the main KPI's vs Service level agreements
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
You will need previous experience of working in a service desk environment
You will need to be confident with dealing with key stakeholders and supporting a team
This role is a hybrid role based in St Albans with regular travel across the country
