Our Resource Planning administrator is a crucial on site role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our business objective of providing the correct resource to meet demand, ensuring site performance data delivery, and delivering exceptional customer service to our Partners.
Although Partnership encourages conversations around flexible working, due to the nature of this role and the interaction required with the operational team in branch this role is site based.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of resource allocation for the John Lewis Northampton NDC.
Ensure the achievement of department-specific targets and adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
Maintain a high level of accuracy and prioritise tasks effectively.
Develop and nurture effective relationships with our Partners, Agencies, and Visitors.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
Good working knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Excel skills)
Experience of data processing and inputting Experience
Ability to plan and prioritise daily and weekly tasks
Experience in customer focused environment
