- Position: Contract Processing Administrator
- Salary: £23,000 to £25,000
- Location: Shoreham by Sea
- Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Free parking and remote working up to two days per week
We are recruiting for a successful and award winning telecoms and technology business in the Shoreham area who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their Contract Processing team who process order to cash, ensuring the client receives exceptional customer service.
The Contract Processing Administrator will:
· Ensure that customers off board efficiently and that early termination fees are calculated and presented to the customer in line with off boarding processes
· Ensure continual observation of new pending cease cases
· Ensure early termination fees are calculated correctly in line with ongoing contracts
· Ensure all cease requests are raised with the required level of detail
· Ensure all billing items are finalised and closed off
· Update daily, weekly and monthly tracking data for analysis and continued monitoring
You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong administration skills and experience in a customer focused role.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and offers a salary of up to £25,000 dependent upon experience and skills as well as free parking, up to two days a week working remotely and great company benefits.
