This position is open to those living in Western Canada.
Shift: We are a 24/7 operation. We are currently looking to fill all shifts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments for maintenance technicians, sales, and service
- Complete customer service follow up calls to ensure that they were provided the red service treatment!
Education/Experience/Skills
- Post-secondary education (asset).
- 2 years’ work experience in a sales oriented Call Centre (asset)
- Proven history of achieving sales goal, and accountability for maintaining targets.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and to overcome customer objections
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
- Experience with telecommunication devices.
- PC literacy
- Day, Weekend, Evening availability
