This UK based animal feed business are supplying highly technical, independently tested products for a wide range of animals from fish to cattle. A collaborative, hands-on marketing team are managing all marketing activities in house- from company events to product brochures and the company's website and social media. You will be a seasoned Marketeer who likes to get stuck in with the day to day marketing materials and has a flair for navigating technical product information. This ambitious business are looking to continue their growth journey, coming out of a period of change within their structure they are now looking to bring on board fresh talent. The business are based in the Midlands but would be open to hybrid or potentially homebased working for the right person. About you, and what you will be doing: Have a flair for marketing and writing, with a good understanding of traditional and digital marketing. Successful track record with product management/new product launch. Demonstrate a high level of presentation skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written- you will be the main point of contact between your team and all other departments. Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated, with natural relationship building talents- everyone gets stuck in with this collaborative business. Commercially astute with strong numeracy skills. Experience within agriculture, the food chain, animal health/feed or land-based industries will be a strong advantage. Experience in operating relevant software to include InDesign and Photoshop.
