Job description
We are looking for Project Management and Delivery Management support members to help manage our various client projects across the UK and the US.
Key Responsibilities will be as below:
IT project and delivery managers are responsible for ensuring that a company’s IT projects are completed on time and within budget. They coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT departments, business teams, external parties and customers, to manage the project scope, timeline, and delivery. The following are some of the key skills required for success as an IT project and delivery manager:
- Project management: IT project and delivery managers must be able to plan, manage, and complete projects according to their specifications. This includes developing a project budget, assessing risks, establishing milestones, and ensuring quality assurance.
- Team leadership: IT project and delivery managers need excellent team-building and leadership skills to motivate and guide their teams. They must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure that everyone is working toward the same goal.
- Problem-solving: With complex IT projects, it’s important for IT project and delivery managers to have strong problem-solving skills. They must be able to identify potential issues early and develop solutions that maintain the project’s timeline and budget.
- Communication: IT project and delivery managers must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They must be able to keep various stakeholders informed of project updates and communicate project changes clearly. They must also be confident in their own communication skills in order to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Adaptability: IT project and delivery managers must be able to respond quickly to changing conditions and address unexpected delays or issues that arise. They must remain flexible and resilient while ensuring the project remains on track.
- Technical expertise: IT project and delivery managers should have a working knowledge of IT concepts and applications, as well as experience with the specific software or system being used for the project. This ensures they have the necessary understanding to guide their team in the right direction.
System and People Capabilities:
- Should be able to build plans on Microsoft Project Online and Microsoft project on Web
- Manage plans, resources, workload, dependency critieras and budget updates in the Plan
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting via Power BI
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, outlook and Sharepoint list / Site and Document library management which are must have)
- Azure Devops planning and release cycle management
We are looking for candidates who have been educated on Projects Management, have studied or built IT project plans and have gained knowledge in Azure Dev ops.

Salary: £1,250.00-£2,000.00 per month
