The role

Based in the Human Resources division, this role assists the HR Executive Administration Manager in providing support to the HR Leadership Team and undertakes other HR admin duties as required.

The role will be based at 65 Woodland Road with scope for blended working in line with the division’s guidance.

What will you be doing?

Key duties include:

  • Assisting with diary management for the HR Leadership team.
  • Organising events, by booking meeting rooms, ordering catering and advertising events.
  • Taking notes at meetings.
  • Supporting Human Resources staff with queries and requests including ordering office supplies, raising Purchase Orders, annual leave queries, organising travel, arranging building access and office maintenance.
  • Undertaking ad hoc HR admin tasks as required.

You should apply if

  • You have excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
  • You can complete tasks to a high level of accuracy.
  • You are flexible and a good team player, as well as being able to work independently and show initiative.
  • You can work in a busy environment, both multi-tasking and reacting quickly to changing circumstances, but also be proactive in improving processes.
  • You are experienced in using a range of IT systems and are able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

Additional information

Contract type: 26 hours per week
