As an all-source analyst, you use your specialized experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence products and analytical assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and ensure strong partnerships.

As an all-source analyst on our team, you’ll provide your client with assessments for European security and strategic issues. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of national and theater analysis, production standards, and analytic product lines. You’ll validate the information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, and the IC. As the authority on your portfolio, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure, allowing you to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in mission-critical areas. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting issues for the European AOR

  • Experience with assessing and evaluating terrorism organizations, tactics, capabilities, and security issues

  • Experience with IC analytical writing standards, product development, and brief delivery

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and the interagency to create analytic assessments

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with supporting Combatant Commands, Service Centers, or IC clients

  • Experience with analyzing international policy, security, and strategy

  • Knowledge of the intelligence life cycle

  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing

  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
