Job Title: Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer (Tooling)

Job Location: Longview, TX

Job Title:

• · Complete Manufacturing engineering related support
• · Design & Implement tooling
• · Assembly process planning
• · Material handling equipment design
• · Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost
• · Systematic layout planning, production planning & control
• · Lean implementation
• · Time and motion study then line balancing
• · Racking system design for material stack up
• · Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
• · Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
• · Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
• · Material flow and standardization process support.
• · Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
• · Supporting to continuous improvement process.
• · Create new/ update existing manufacturing process documentation, e.g., tooling lists, setup requirements and standard work instructions
• · Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
