As we grow our business, we are searching for Account Executives. Our Account Executives are responsible for prospecting and generating leads and selling APS products and services by educating prospective clients through calls, emails, and system demos.

Responsibilities
- Meets and exceeds annual revenue quota
- Prospects and develops leads and/or generates new business from existing accounts, progressing them to the opportunity stage and eventually winning business
- Pursues leads as presented by the SDR, BDR, and Partner Teams and works to progress the lead to the opportunity stage and eventually win business; SDR, BDR, and Partner Teams may generate up to 20% of needed pipeline leads necessary to meet annual sales goals
- Conducts on-line demos of APS products and completes sales with minimal supervision
- Stays current on the product and maintains system knowledge to effectively demonstrate the APS Technology Platform
- Manages sales activity and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com following Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements on sales processes and use of Salesforce
- Collaborates with Marketing on lead quality and conversion
- Ensures the Service Agreement and the Sales Order are signed
- Handles questions and expectations from new clients as they transition from sales to implementation
- Participates in front-end implementation calls to transition the client from Sales to Implementation and to ensure the client objectives discussed in the sales process are detailed and discussed in the client’s onboarding
- Completes other responsibilities as needed or assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or higher preferred
- Experience in sales, specifically B2B, preferred
- Working knowledge of web based technology and an appreciation for the impact of technology on business operations
- Ability to effectively communicate to business owners, C-level executives, controllers and HR managers, or others
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Chorus preferred
- Experience with software and systems preferred
- Strong client centric focus
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with people and work as part of a team
- Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist
- Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position
- Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflows
- Must be willing to embrace the APS culture, which includes respect, communication, team work, client focus, continuous change, training, and other learning opportunities
