Ant Marketing is an expanding and innovative Sheffield based contact centre, seeking enthusiastic call centre agents to work for us on an exciting new project. Applicants need to be based within a one hour commuting distance from Sheffield.
Full training will be provided for this role and there is the opportunity to work from home with rotas adapted to suit client requirements. Flexibility will be required to work between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday , with working hours ranging from 37.5 - 40 hours per week.
Ant Marketing looks to support individual colleagues and whilst this is initially a temporary role, there is always room for outstanding agents to progress within the company.
This role will require you to attend our training centre in Sheffield (between 3-5 days), and you will then work from Home subject to performance*.
- Please note working from Home is subject to a satisfactory level of performance , The Business does reserve the right to invite you to conduct Office based work should performance not be at the required levels.
This role involves assisting on an important government project.
WAGE: £10.42 - Per Hour (Paid Monthly)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking inbound calls
Updating records and escalating calls where necessary
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :
Comfortable in speaking on the phone
Able to use a computer/laptop
Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
You must not have any unspent criminal convictions, and be able to supply appropriate documentation for us to conduct a basic DBS/BPSS Check
(We will pay fees for the DBS check to be carried out)
