The Harmony Trust
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract type: 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days), Permanent Opportunities
Location: Derby Hub
The Board of Trustees wish to provide an opportunity for 2 enthusiastic Peripatetic Administration Officers, who will work flexibly across the academies in the Derby hub. We are looking for highly motivated candidates to become part of our Trust team. The post holders will work across all academies in the Derby hub, to support the centralisation of transactional aspects of the role. Candidates must be able to travel to all academies in the Derby hub as and when required to provide administrative cover.
The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools under the Trust umbrella. The successful candidates will:
• • have welcoming personality and be able to communicate well both with adults and children
• • have experience of using various MS Office packages
• • have experience of undertaking wide range of office based administration and clerical tasks, including financial procedures and responsibilities
• • be able to prioritise work and respond to the needs of the academy
• • support the business function and Leadership Team in implementing the academy & trust policies and procedures
• • be able to commit to working across multiple location and travel to academies where support is needed
• • Initiative to respond to unexpected problems using recognised procedures and policies as a guide
