Here at Korn Ferry, our Assessment & Succession solution helps clients understand the talent they have, the talent they need and how to close the gap on talent needed in the future aligned to the business strategy.

We are looking for an HR Project Co-ordinator to join our London team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

You should demonstrate enthusiasm to support all phases of the projects through a variety of administrative tasks which will include – launching assessments for participants to complete, drafting project deliverables and tracking financials to ensure project administration is accurate. You will be pivotal in scheduling feedback sessions once the assessments have been completed and highly organised as will support 5-6 projects at anyone time.

With strong attention to detail, you’ll thrive on producing high quality work whilst supporting multiple client projects with a focus on Assessment & Succession. This is not a role where you will be writing the assessments - we already have these established.

You will be naturally inquisitive with an analytical mindset and also enjoy working with all types of data, as will collate relevant information for reporting and other relevant administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle. You should be able to demonstrate a solid track record within project management and proactivity in ensuring risks or issues are minimal.
