IT Support Manager - Cloud, Helpdesk, Jira
Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid) - £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits!
Applause IT are looking for an IT Support Manager work a large-scale distribution business situated in Sutton Coldfield. Reporting into the IT Director you will be responsible for supporting and leading the team overseeing the internal and cloud hosted infrastructure.
The successful IT Support Manager will have experience and knowledge of the following:
- 5 years' experience in an IT Support or Software Support role, with at least 2 years working in a customer-facing Help Desk environment supporting the use of software (this can be supporting internal customers).
- Experience managing or supervising others.
- Experience of Cloud administration using AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience managing or supervising in a Help Desk or Support environment, logging issues in a ticketing system (e.g. Jira), prioritising and categorising tickets and reporting on trends.
- VMWare virtualisation experience
- Network fundamentals including network security
