We are Electric Pubs, and we need some superstar front of house team members for our spectacular venues!
A Dorset-based company, and we have rapidly expanded from a small idea to an impressive collection of ten established businesses, since its inception in 2019. The first pub to open its doors was the Pymore Inn just outside of Bridport in July of that year, with a most impressive CAMRA award winning pub garden, outdoor kitchen & bar, followed by the characterful village local, The Antelope inn Hazelbury Bryan, just three months later in October. In August 2020, the Elm Tree Inn near Weymouth, 2 rosette fine dining pub, was added to the collection, followed by the iconic & one of Dorset's oldest thatched pubs, steeped in history, The World's End, Almer in 2021.
The company's offerings don't stop there, as we also boast vineyards, cider orchards, a working partnership with a local craft brewery, vintage art deco cinema, The Electric Palace, craft ale house, the Pursuit of Hoppiness, and a local wine merchant, Morrish and Banham. With our sights set on expanding even further, we've started the production of our own ciders and beers, our farm home rears Jacobs Lamb, and we will be soon releasing English wines, with speciality grapes grown in our beautiful vineyards just outside of Bridport, Dorset. We eat, sleep & breathe all that Dorset has to offer.

As a member of our Front of House team
· You will be bright, full of character and bubbling with enthusiasm for your job.
· You will have some experience in bar and waiting work, however training is provided. We welcome applications for inexperienced staff to start off as runners assisting the bar and restaurant teams.
· You will be able to work some evenings and weekends with a degree of flexibility – we welcome applications from all walks of life and can adapt the positions to suit.
· You must be willing to learn about craft beverages, fine wines & amazing food, so you can comfortably guide customers to tailor the experience for their visit.
· You will adopt a positive can do attitude to your work and have fun with your colleagues.
