We have an excellent opportunity available for an aspiring Finance Analyst or HR Advisor to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The HR/Finance Administrator lies within the European Business Unit and is based at our Telford manufacturing plant. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Site Controller. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders! The successful candidate will be offered an apprenticeship to become accredited with either CIPD or AAT/CIMA after their probation has been completed.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
HR Administration: Updates and continues to maintain HR records in digital format. Scanning of HR paperwork where necessary.
Onboarding: Assists with the on-boarding of new employees ensuring paperwork is completed- and PPE- uniform- equipment- and welcome packs are issued.
Event coordination: Supports organization of employee engagement events.
Site communication: Takes ownership of Weekly Newsletter and ad-hoc communication- daily management of HR Inbox
Housekeeping: Leads and tracks office 5S – (continuous improvement- keeping areas clear and tidy).
Record Keeping: Updates and maintains absence management process. Including monitoring of employee compliance- documentation- ensuring data accuracy on all records.
Reporting: Attendance Reporting- and ER/Absence tracking in line with Kraft Heinz policies. Weekly and monthly reporting and data collection to support site Finance team.
Supplier Management: Supplier setup and maintenance of Approved Suppliers List in line with KHC policies and controls.
Financial Administration: Purchase order management- invoicing query management and assisting with month end activities.
Office Administration: Maintains office supplies and arranges for replenishment as necessary. Any other ad-hoc office management tasks
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPENTENCIES
- Excellent- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to organize workload effectively and efficiently.
- You are likely to be processing lots of information using a computer- so you'll need strong IT skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure.
- Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities.
