Job description
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Devon.
As Construction Project Manager you will coordinate construction projects across a portfolio of new and existing sites in Devon. With a tightly managed project schedule, sites will be transformed into vibrant workspaces and destinations for creative businesses and communities. You will manage small to medium development projects involving coordination of internal teams and management of third party consultants. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will report on the progress of construction projects to ensure our buildings are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of design and compliance. You will ensure that all project records and correspondence are filed accurately for handover to the appropriate operational teams during and following the construction phase.
