Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Maintaining accurate and timely electronic/written records in accordance with best practice. Scanning and supporting clinical administrative duties as required. Providing skilled evidence based care which adheres to agreed policies and procedures. Working with registered nurses to contribute to the assessment, delivery and evaluation of care.
Actively participate in the implementation of evidence based practice in association with nursing colleagues. Identifying how care could be improved and contribute towards the application of clinical governance.
