Company Description WHO IS AIR CHARTER SERVICE? To put it simply, we are the middle person between clients and operators. Our sales consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals. Job Description As a trainee broker, you will start your career working alongside a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you learn on the job. During this time, you will go out on flight reps, seeing first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You’ll learn everything from how to build a sales list to which planes can carry what and of course, how to administer a charter flight. Qualifications Previous experience working in a customer facing sales role - preferably in luxury and with HNWI - (essential) Excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication skills - fluency in a second language is an advantage Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets Ambition, drive and self-motivation Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5 Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure Additional Information £30K Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Industry leading training programme Clear path for career advancement from Trainee Broker to Director Free onsite gym with classes Free Breakfast and Lunch in our onsite canteen “The Hangar” Cycle to Work Scheme Private healthcare and Pension 22 days’ holiday per year (increasing to 25 after 1 year of service) 2x giving back charitable days a year Check us out on social media!
