We are part of Harbour Hotels; a collection of prestigious 4 & 5 Star hotels nestled in some of the most beautiful locations across the South and South West of England.
The Role…
This is a full time opportunity to become a key member of the senior management team. Offering a salary of £40,000+ per annum, plus tips and a very attractive bespoke bonus scheme on achieving fiancial targets
- As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel supporting Heads of Department to achieve and exceed revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Work with the General Manager to actively manage key property opportunities & challenges
- Support, motivate and develop Heads of Department to encourage career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and wider business
- Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and other short and long term strategic goals for the hotel
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Comply and exceed hotel and company Service Standards
- Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analysed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action
- Seek and respond to guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction
You will need to be truly passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. Lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment with previous experience working within a 4 star environment is desirable. Given the nature of our business, the ideal candidate must have exceptional Food & Beverage experience
