The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 900 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.
Colliers are on the search for a passionate and creative digital marketing apprentice with the drive to provide excellent team support and learn as they go. Office based in London, you will be supporting and collaborating with a highly experienced digital marketing team of four specialists, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn and be hands-on across all core digital functions in website, email, social media, PPC and CRM.
Key responsibility of the role
- Website: You will be assisting in updating the company website with new content, ensuring it’s fully optimised for SEO
- PPC: Working with our Paid Media specialist you will learn about planning and creating campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Email: Working with our Email Marketing specialist to drive client engagement
- Social Media: Working with our Social Media specialist in producing creative and engaging organic content on core social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
- Content: With the PR team, you will be involved in the creation of blogs and other industry-relevant articles to increase Colliers’ online presence
- Analytics & Reporting: You will use reporting tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn insights to track the success of campaigns
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have professional attitude and presentation
- High level of attention to detail including strong proof-reading skills
- Able to build relationships at all levels in the company from team administrators to the CEO
- Be a real team player with a proactive “can do” attitude
- Able to manage and coordinate diaries
On the job training will be provided
- Salesforce, or similar CRM system.
- Email marketing platform, e.g. Dot Digital
- Social media tools including Hootsuite, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- CMS experience e.g. Brandcast, Sitecore
- Photo or editing software e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier pro
- Video conferencing software e.g. Zoom or MS Teams
